i2ie childminding and Consultancy Ltd. Registered No. 7529273
i2ieis an exciting new training, consultancy and educare company set up to collaborate with associates, to inspire early years practitioners in all sectors of the EYFS to improve and enhance the quality of their provision. Guidance, knowledge and information are offered through a number of bespoke support and training packages; these include access to excellent aftercare, which may include visits to ‘enhancing’ settings to explore effective practice first hand. We can provide the following:
For Local Authorities
We develop and facilitate pre and post registration support for childminders. We provide leadership and management training, mentoring and support. We can also validate and report on the quality of commissioned settings (using the LA’s Quality Improvement Programme or Quality Assurance Framework where requested). This will support and enable Local Authorities to meet the statutory obligation to commission high quality settings.
For whole settings
We provide bespoke training packages, support and challenge to identify strategies together through consultation and visits, to guarantee long term, evidence based, sustainability and enhancement (we can ensure that support will corroborate with the LA’s Quality Improvement Programme or Quality Assurance Framework where requested).
We provide off site training to enable practitioners to effectively implement the EYFS, courses include: observation assessment and planning, understanding and supporting schemas, attachment and the role of the key person, promoting diversity and inclusion etc.
We provide workshops to support in choosing quality provision, preparing and supporting their child during transitions, as well as exploring their role as partners in their children’s education. We can also provide evidence based parent training and support programmes such as the government recommended Triple P, ESCAPE and Webster Stratton.
For children and young people
We provide quality care, education and play opportunities, within a stimulating home setting. There are plans to extend and provide out of home and school services.
